When colleagues come together with their families, the best moments often happen naturally. That is exactly what our Summer Party on 17 July was all about.
Starting at 1:00 p.m., the Boom premises were transformed into a welcoming gathering place for employees and their families. Around 90 guests accepted our invitation and enjoyed a relaxing summer afternoon together.
Until shortly before the event, all eyes were on the weather forecast. Predictions of changing conditions and possible thunderstorms kept us on edge. Fortunately, the weather was on our side, rewarding us with pleasant temperatures and dry conditions – the perfect setting for a successful outdoor event.
Our guests were treated to a great selection of food and refreshments. The team from Börgerer served freshly prepared street food, while EisAPE from confectionary Kundlatsch delighted everyone with homemade ice cream – the perfect refreshment on a summer afternoon. Under the marquee and around the standing tables and beer tables, colleagues and their families enjoyed good food, great conversations, and plenty of laughter.
There was plenty of fun for our youngest guests as well. The paddling pool provided welcome entertainment on the warm afternoon, while parents and colleagues took the opportunity to enjoy relaxed conversations away from everyday work. Older children had fun playing table tennis, badminton, and football.
Every year, our Summer Party offers the opportunity to meet in a relaxed atmosphere, get to know new colleagues, and spend quality time together with our families. These personal encounters strengthen our team spirit and are an important part of what makes Boom such a great place to work.
A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone who contributed to making our Summer Party such a success – from the organizing team and our catering partners to all employees and their families who joined us.
We are already looking forward to celebrating together again next year!
